If you Google my name...
If you Google my name, you may see some results linking to this article written by Stefan Molyneux. Molyneux is the leader of the online community at Freedomainradio.com (FDR).
Recently critical stories about Molyneux and his influence on the members of the FDR community have appeared in newspaper such as The Globe & Mail 'How a cyberphilosopher convinced followers to cut off family', The Guardian ''You'll never see me again'', on SkyNews 'Website 'led teen to quit family', and the Times 'The mother and son torn apart by web 'cult' that destroys families'.
In particular the coverage has focused on the ways in which Molyneux has encouraged FDR members to break off all contact with their families, and on other ways in which FDR resembles a (online) therapeutic cult. Molyneux of course did not appreciate this perspective on what he is doing and so he has started lashing out at his critics. The article he wrote about me is but one example.
Let me briefly describe my experiences with Molyneux and Freedomain Radio, and then respond in some detail to the article that Molyneux wrote about me.
